		<description>I love that you are one of the few folks in ICT who see the need for technical experts to work themselves out of their jobs.  More than anything we need teachers who are learners.  If these same folks share their learning with other educators, either by blogging or by engaging in face-to-face conversations, the entire culture of professional learning will change.  Instead of moving with the trends, technology and terminology of ed-tech leaders, each of us will be challenged to learn and lead.</description>
